About the Yamaha Music Soft web site
2006-04-24 by Claude Renaud
Hi All,
Since some days I have been looking for Enya's music which can be
playable on Disklavier pianos.
On the forum dedicated to her and her music I found two of her disks
which unfortunately I can not order because, without knowing why, the following sites www.The-Sheet-Music-Store.com, or in a shorter form
www.music44.com, remains inaccessible for me.
Here we can find the two disks mentionned on the forum, thus, "A
day without Rain" and "Shepherd Moon".
As those disks can be playable on a DKV, I took a look at the Yamaha
MusicSoft site.
But then, I only found one of the two titles mentionned above : here
only the second was available.
So I would like to know :
1. Why can we find more DKV disks on an external site than on the
dedicated Yamaha one ?
2. IS the Yamaha MusicSoft site reliable ?
Globally speaking is their catalog interesting and quite complete ?
Apparently it does not contain an exhaustive list of available
disklavier titles.
When A title found somewhere else is missing on their catalogue, is it
possible to keep in touch with someone in order to have more
information about titles we want to buy ?
Then, Could it be possible to make some suggestions in order to update
the Yamaha MusicSoft catalog ?
In fact, I really want to order those disks and as I can
not access the alternate sites it would be very interesting for me to
order them via the Yamaha MusicSoft site ...
