Disklavier

The range on my controller is pretty poor - I pretty much have to be in 
the same room as the piano - the next room is patchy and one room 
further is a no go.

Is this normal - what range do other Mark IV owners experience?

I do have a 2.4GHz PC network and phone system, but I have tried 
switching these off and its no different so I don't think that is a 
problem.

Maybe my installer didn't connect an aerial or soemthing to the piano?

Any experiences from other Mark IV owners would be most appreciated.

Mine too.  Range stinks.  Is there a fix?
