Good morning, everyone.
To my knowledge, the Piano-e-Competition recordings are the only ones
available in XP format.
The problem may be that by today's standards, professional-level MIDI
or Audio recordings--other than live performances, such as the P-e-C
recordings--require editing. Regrettably, there are no convenient
MIDI editing tools that enable someone to correct wrong notes, fix
sloppy rhythm, etc. in an XP recording. Although you can--
theoretically--use any sequencer, the nature of XP data is such that
is very difficult using tools that were not made for this purpose.
Furthermore, the typical sequencing program does not maintain certain
structure features of an XP MIDI file (such as the exact order to
crucial XP MIDI events that take place on the same clock tick).
Regards,
PianoBench
