Duo-Art Piano Rolls

I am trading in a 1925 steinway duo-art for a new Yamaha. I have piano 
rolls that some I purchased new 20 years ago. Artists such as 
Gershwin, Paderewski and Arndt. Should I sell the rolls, get hem 
converted if possible ? Suggetsions? See box labels below.

Should I have traded in the piano, it is in good condition but needs 
some work?

In recent years, there has been increasing interest in scanning and
converting player piano rolls to MIDI format.

It is likely that many of your rolls are already available as MIDI files
for playback on the Disklavier.
