Does Yamaha offer a service to replace/restore a Yamaha floppy disk that is unreadable? I have a Yamaha disk that has a single unreadable file. All the other files appear to be intact.

Yamaha software department is very helpful with this. You only need to send your broken disk to
Yamaha Corporation of America

Make sure you tell them what model of disklavier you have, because sometimes two disks of the same title might have been produced for different generations of products.
