Switching from Pc to Apple

2008-02-28 by nealpolan

I am switching from a PC to Apple. I may also replace my existing wifi
G router with Apples new wifi draft N router/hardrive (called time
capsel).
2 questions.

1-If i keep my old G router that I used for my house pc system will my
new apple see my Disklavier through the existing working network as did
my old pc? What changes and procedures do I need to follow?
2-If I DONT keep the old G router and instead buy Apple's Time Capsel
which has a draft N router in it and 1 terabite drive; what procedures
need to be done to the router and apple computer to see each other.

I believe these Apples use Airport?. I am not sure.
Thanks
Neal

If you are using a Macintosh computer and already have an airport extreme
network in your home you can use an airport express station plugged into
a wall socket near your disklavier to access the Mark IV wirelessly.

Search by message 6228 for my step by step instructions
on how to do this for Mac.
