2008-04-04 by mrconradbirdie

Hello,
I was wondering if someone can please make me a big band midi of
the song, "Copacabana". Its for an upcoming talent show. If you are
interested please e-mail me at lightdoctor@...

                                                        Thanks,
                                                               James T.

James,

I'm not interested in creating a midi, however, there are a couple of
midi files on the web that might either fit the bill or be a good
starting point for a "big band" tweak (interesting idea in itself since
the song is distinctly "cabaret combo" in genre imho). Here's one:

http://www.etplanet.com/download/midi/ (just search for the song on
this page - written for flute, saxes, piano, clarinet, bass and lead.)

Another version: http://www.hamienet.com/midi2132_Copacabana.html (bass,
piano, sax, trumpet, vibraphone, strings, steel drums)

Yet another good one: http://hajioff.com/midi.htm (acoustic bass, piano,
sax, percussion, vibraphone, strings, steel drums - this might be a
better version of the one just above).

Finally, a fairly comprehensive list:
http://www.publiweb.it/midi/c/copacabana.html

Hope this information is useful to you.

Regards,

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
