Disklavier

Can I convert those files to be used on a new (last years model) 
disklavier, and if so, how do I go about it?

To convert PianoDisc files for use on the disklavier, you can use the 
PianoDisc conversion software from Giebler.

It costs about $55 and can be purchased at www.giebler.com

I am not aware of any other software that performs this function.
