Remoting the CD/Diskette panel.

Hi All, I have a Mark IV and want to remote the front panel off of the piano. I noticed a DB15 cable connecting it to the computer. Does anyone know if I can use standard extension cable? Or does Yahama have a special cable? Any info would be very helpful. Jim
