Disklavier

Anyone know where I can get a good deal for a XG Conversion Kit to 
convert a DC3 Mark II to a IIXG? What is price of a good deal for 
this? I can have a local tech install it, if need be.

You need to buy the DSR-1 from a Yamaha dealer.  You can install it yourself 
as all it is just another control box.  The cost is in the neighborhood of 
$1200?
