Adding Instruments to Mark IV Disklavier

Adding Instruments to Mark IV Disklavier

2012-12-30 by Jaggi

Dear Group.

How can I add new instrument samples to the already impressive list of instruments that that my Mark IV can synthesize? For example, I would like to play "Jump" by Van Halen and would love to have it sound like the real song.

Is there a website I can go to download the sample and add it to the list of instruments?

Best wishes,
Jaggi

Not possible. You can't add instruments.

However, if you had the sound that you wanted to trigger, you could do it via MIDI pretty easily.

Don't know if this will work for you but I just uploaded my edited midi file for the song Jump. It plays great on my e3 - DKC-800 piano. Give it a try.

I don't see an attachment. Am I the only one? I would like to give this a try on my piano!
