my MD keeps randomly restarting or powering off

I just got a new MD and it keeps randomly restarting or powering off.
 Does the patch release fix this?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
