MD + BCR2000

Hi I am trying to use the BCR2000 CONTROLLER with the machinedrum.. 
Is there a way to "request all controller values"? or a setting on the
MD to automatically send all controller values when you change a
kit/pattern? when I change kits the bcr2000 encoders no longer reflect
the values on the machine drum...
