1. Are you running Mac OS X? If not, that's the problem. 2. Try downloading it with Safari. That should work. 3. Try right clicking (or holding down ctrl while you click if you're using a single button mouse). Then select "Save target as..." or "Download linked file as..." or something like that. It's a .dmg file (a disk image).
