It won't really matter. The keyboard controller section is very simple and generic. Any midi keyboard that you are comfortable with will trigger midi notes as well as the next. The benefit of the SFX-6 keyboard is that the note event trigs from the currently selected track light up over the key. This makes seeing what is going on and adding bits obscenely convenient. I don't use the joystick much, but you can program any controllers you want to those midi cc#s and you're as good as there.
