Dear Niall
Thanks for your help. I downloaded midi monitor. It works well and tells me
there is NO midi coming into the motu from MD for sure. I have created a
device in AMS. ( I have done this with a bunch of synths and midi in is verified
with midi monitor and is OK for the synths). When I hit the test setup button (in
AMS)the MD starts to play continuously, it can only be turned off at the unit
itself. I have enabled channels 1-4 in the MD. I am not sure about the sends/
receives clock. In AMS info for the MD, properties box channels and receives
are all blue(1-16) no other boxes are ticked.
Am I missing something easy?
Thanks for your time
David
