the best way would be to hope there is space to add a CC or sysex 
command to toggle mutes by channel :/ on all Elektron devices.

I've pretty much switched to just recording into SX2 as a glorified 
tapedeck and do the muting/unmuting manually.  I totally understand why 
it needs to be easily externally controllable.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
