If you mean altering the speed control in arpeggiator menu then no, i'm pretty sure you can't control it using midi. Would have been a nice touch, it would have also been nice if you could use paramter locks with the paramters in the arpeggiator menu. The only way to change the arpeggiator speed externally would be by changing the tempo.
