Elektron Musical Instruments

I just signed on for the UserWave upgrade.  How is this going to work?  
After paying on the website, I thought that I would be prompted to send 
my MD off to wherever (Sweden?). From what I can tell by my email 
confirmation from Elektron, I'm going to be getting the upgrade in the 
mail (Parts? Software? Both?) without having to send my MD anywhere.  
Anyone know what's going on?
