better still...anyone in the states even *heard* from the US support  
service yet?
mine was delivered to him on thursday and - despite the Elektron  
email saying
I would hear from them *that day* - I've not heard anything from him  
nor Elektron
support yet.  man, I hope it's not more of the same with this guy...
