Just happened to me. All patterns + my own samples gone.

What happened? For some reason the UW has locked up totally when playing 
patterns with the RAM-machines in them. My guess is that playing the 
"play" machines before anything has been sampled with the "record" machine 
makes it lock up.

Anyway. The UW locked up (as usual) when playing such a pattern straight 
from booting up. DSP lock up, complete with annoying high pitched sound. 
Turn it off, turn it back on. Automatically the factory reset starts...

Anyone who has had similar experiences? Anyone that can explain this 
behaviour?
