...yes the delays got out of our hand, so we need to take all service
to Sweden for a while while working out a new US service center
solutions. Stacey was the best, but we need to be able to supply all
customers (also service cutsomers) with consistent and continuous
status reports.

It's a pain with the shippings, but with USPS it's not outrageous  it
seems though, It's the best we can offer for the moment, sorry! The
last UW upgrades are going now, so if you want one of them, get it now.
