There are a lot of people with no reason to upgrade. I was running 98SE until earlier this year when Doom3 made me upgrade. Now that I've beaten that game I may go back to 98SE because really I found 98SE no less unstable than XP and whenever I have to reinstall 98SE I won't have to call up MS for a new activation code. Those minimum specs for XP are a joke. 300MHZ? c.
