Put sample RAM in ROM ?

Hi all
I'm french ; excuse me for my bad english!

I want to know if it's possible ; on SPS1UW ; to put a sample rec in 
RAM, on ROM ?? 
The SPS1UW just 'remix the input line without a saving in ROM ?
