Maybe you've never learned to search the completed items listing on ebay (hrm, saw a buy it now of 1.075 usd), or done many gear sale/trades (do an excersise - find the price of say, 100 items on craigslist, add their total prices, then divide it by their total retail price..). This is actually fairly reasonable. Furthermore by by identifying the offer as lowball it seems pretty clear he's looking for someone who wants to dump their machine and it's hardly a pawnshop offer. You should do some checking yourself, methinks. Face facts boys, once you drive it off the lot the new car loses a shitload of value. Seeing as I plan to drive mine for the next ten years though, thats not such a big deal. Tom
