I'm raising it 3" on the back. I think it gives a good balance for both 
when sitting down or standing up. 

I need to know what are the right screws for it though, and ideally how 
much room there is inside the case near the holes so I can get screws 
with the right length too.

Does anyone knows this? Daniel? 

Also, this was Nuno Mesquita's idea originally. There's a pic of his MD 
in the photo section. I think it'll be nice to have it tilted that 
way.
