I agree. In the meantime what I've done is picked up a nice aluminum briefcase style toolcase at Home Depot. I mounted two boards in it wrapped in foam (the case itself is lined with foam) and used them to wedge the sidstation securely in the corner. The lid has foam as well, protecting the screen and those sexy knobs. The rest of the case is filled with a small mixer, a powerstrip, and a modified toy drum machine from '81 that makes nothing but horrible nosies. I've mounted 2 small flashlights with AC adaptors in the lid, giving me plenty of light when I play live (to date I've never played live, but I like to think I'm ready for it if I should :) And I still have plenty of room for all the cables. It works well for me. Someday when I can afford it I want to put a second sidstation in there with a two channel mixer. And now I think I'm going to spraypaint Elektron on the lid. :) c. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get personalized email addresses from Yahoo!
