Well, I don't agree with anything in your mail, all of it are
understatements. ;-))))

I love it! As for some statements in your mail: rebirth definitely can't
emulate the analogue stuff very well... but then, as I said already, I'm a
hardcore freak when it comes to that and I only believe in "da real thang".
The nice thing is that the Elektron MD is "da real thang" because it sets new
standards! It isn't analogue, it's digital... and boy did they use the power
of the chips inside! I can already tell you that I'll be addicted to the FM
model for sure. As you also said in your report: nothing sounds like it! It's
very very unique and if you want original sounds that no-one else has, this
is the right machine for you!

The OS is very well done: it's well laid out, intuitive, very nice from a
grafical point of view etc etc.
I've patched it directly to my desk, which means in my case it'll be used in
every production.

I'll report later this evening, but I didn't have any time yet today to toy
with it (those damned record companies), so hang on.

I also still have to start using its sequencer, but it looks very powerful
and most of all: intuitive! I'm a sequencer type of guy though, so we'll see
about it. Full report this evening!
