shawn,

push down on the knob while you turn it... it increments quicker.
2 or 3 of my knobs were pushed down so far that they dragged on the case and
didn't allow the knob to 'push' in...  I had to use some elbow grease to
pull them off and put them back on with more room on the shaft.

Also, an LED on mine malfunctions :(  it never comes on.

Another thing is the screen, mine gets very dim sometimes, especially when
accessing the 'MUTE' function.

Of course the sound is fantastic though! it's an instant tweak machine...
very impressive.
