If you have set the LFO depth parameter to 0, then it sounds
like you may have parameter-locked LFO depth in your pattern.  Go
to the FX page on your BD track, and check each trig for a
parameter lock of "LFOD".

If it's not the LFO, then maybe it's the amplitude
modulation parameters, on the filter page.
