VictorJohn of TekFunk Recordings <http://www.myspace.com/tekfunk>for the
DirtyBirds <http://www.dirtybirdrecords.com> from San Francisco (Claude
VonStroke and Worthy)
The Flyer for the show is attached.  I'll be doing a "Full Live PA", which
for those of you on the list unfamiliar with that term, means
that I'll be performing live dance/house music using an advanced drum
machine (Elektron
MachineDrum<http://www.elektron.se/products/?sPage=overview&sProd=ES_SPS1MK2.uw>),
a classic Roland 'TB-303'
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roland_TB-303>synth, and a modern
virtual analog synthesiser (Virus Snow <http://www.access-music.de/snow/>).

This is the first time ever I've created a group in my Gmail contacts to
send this information to. Many of you I've known for years,
others, not so much.  Some might not even know me as my artist name
"Shagghie" (my real name is Scott

hint!).

Many of you I know from the online synth and house music communities, and
many of you I've worked with on day

TekFunk's VictorJohn and Shagghie will be opening for the DirtyBird's Claude
Von Stroke and Worthy at On Broadway. Shagghie will be performing live PA
with MachineDrums and a 303, and VictorJohn (aka Ritardo Montalban) will be
laying down thick TekFunk Releases from 2008 and 2009! Recommend getting
there early, grabbing sushi, and a great table. Serious sound, and an EPIC
night celebrating birthdays for a number of people...  Pieces get in FREE!
