Elektron Musical Instruments

Hi Elektron users
Newbie has a problem with Monomachine. Maybe the problem is artificial and owned to my lack of experience with this instrument. I hope so, because otherwise I'd be in deep sh*t. Here's the deal:

I bought second hand Monomachine sfx60 mkII. When I power it up I see the message "no waveforms available. upload waveform presets". When I go to the slot in global options, menu FILE, I see only sysex send and receive submenu - there is no DigiPRO waveform manager!!!
I have installed os 1.21B. Did factory reset. Nothing helped.

"To get access to the DigiPRO Draw machines, you must upload the waveform presets to the machine. Follow the procedure above but instead of transferring the OS update, transfer "Elektron_SFX60MKII_waveforms.syx".

when I do that - trying to transfer the waveforms.syx there is no sign
that monomachine unit receives anything.
I'm, on Mac osX, and C6 app seems to be working allright....

I am slowly cycling from manic to suicidal. Please make it stop;) 
I'd highly appreciate any help.
