Hi there,

does anyone know how much Elekton charge to replace encoders ? 

I'm looking into getting a used UW but the encoders are wobbly resulting in skipping/stuttering parameters and either need fixing or replacing.

Can you get the encoders from anywhere else or is there perhaps a quick fix as I've heard re-seating new plastic washers inside can solve the problem? 

I've emailed Elektorn but I'm guessing they don't work at weekends.

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

The problem was solved by turning TURBO midi off when transmitting
Elektron_SFX60MKII _waveforms. syx
The unit works superb.
