Elektron Musical Instruments

i'm having problems with my sps1,the volume for every output apart from the headphone one is is extremely  low. i think i may need to reset the global settings that control all the routing etc. does anyone know how to do it without me having to do a factory reset? alternatively it could be that something in the fx mixer has had an effect on the other outputs but this doesn't make sense as the head phone jack output is fine.

can anyone help?
