yeah you should set pro tools to recieve play and stop from the device by 
changing the controlsurface settings and set the md to send out all midi data or 
something like that

Hello all,

im trying to get my MDUW to be the start point of sync and play/stop for 
ProTools(ver8).

I got to have ProTools controlling the machinedrum (e.g. hitting play on PT the 
MD starts too). 


Can i do this opposite direction?
