Sidstation Question * how do I transfer patches from my comp to my sid??

HI.
I just restored the factory settings on my sidstation.And  I 
downloaded the default patch off the sidstation web site. What is 
sysex and how do I use it to transfer the patches from my Apple 
G4 to my sidstation?
