Elektron Musical Instruments

hello list... This is Jeremy, the  potential owner of a 
machinedrum. I am deciding at this point between the new 
waldorf attack, and the machinedrum. A bit ago I saw a thread 
where someone mentioned the Attack as being more deeply 
editable than the MD (more parameters per synth,etc.) I can't 
imagine this, given what I've seen of the MD parameters, but can  
anyone who has used both give me an idea of which machine 
has deeper synthesis capabilities? the person mentioned 
'controlling the oscilators' as something you couldn't do on the 
MD, but I guess I want more specific differences than that.... 
What does the attack do that the MD cannot? Just want some 
feedback....
