Re: [elektron] Gonna try... Anybody selling his MachineDrum???

2002-08-23 by privat_joy

Hi,
i have the MAchineDrum, a X-Base 09 and Attack-Plugin.
For me the Attack-Plugin is fine and enough and it sounds fine on my
pc. The most important thing why i choose the MD is the Sequencer! You
can also use it for external stuff very well and it is easy to handle.
Now after nearly three weeks of owning an MD i tell it is really worth
the money, ok you can also buy an Virus C, but we talk about
drummachines. Together with the X-Base09 i've got really a nice analog
and weired sounding rhytmnsetup. If you need waldorf-gear, i would go
for a mirco Q! You can get sounds close to the attack out of it, but
also much, much more! ( i own an expanded Q-Rack (yellow)), or look
out for the Attack-Demo, put it in sync with the MD and be happy.
Don't forget the MD-Sequencer!!!
