If we go for the worst case: (We need to design for worst case always in order to make it reliable) 300bpm, 1/32 notes 1/300 minutes per beat (1/300)*60=0.2 seconds per beat 0.2/32 = 6.25 ms between two trigs. In 6.25 ms you could stick more or less 1 note on plus six CC's. And they're spread out in the time slot between the two trigs.
