Editing LFOs and MIDI machines

2003-02-07 by Alex <afrorouge@yahoo.com>

I have my MD hooked up through a midi router to a Vermona DRM1, and I
use the MD's midi machines to control the DRM1. In my default Vermona
kit I have the "BD" key set up to trigger the first module of the
Vermona. The last few slots on the MD are left over for internal
sounds and I use these quite a bit. But, when I edit the LFOs on any
of the machines, every time I turn an edit knob (while in LFO mode)
the MD triggers the DRM1's module in the "BD" slot. So I turn it 5
ticks, and each tick the DRM1 goes "bump." Anybody else have this
issue? This seems to only happen with the first drum slot, and only
when a midi machine is assigned there.

It's ok, though - I love my MD anyway!

Doesn't "monomachine" sound like some kind of bioterror weapon?
