Absolutely, but it¹s really a Œrecognizable¹ noise. In other words, it
doesn¹t sound like bad cables or 60Mhz hum.

It¹s the SIDSTATION¹s own noise. It sounds like the electricity is about to
explode. 

I don¹t even think it¹s worth it (or right) to buy a gate to quiet this
noise. 

When the SID is in the mix, one should let the SIDSTATION be itself. :-)

Seriously, the noise isn¹t a problem for me.
