Cakewalk has an excellent SYSEX storage function. Go to View->Sysx. If you want to backup your patches, chosse a location and press receive, then "you start dump on instrument" and then make the SidStation dump by going System->MIDI and choose either dump patch or dump all. If you want to load instruments, choose load bank, then Send and the SidStation will be receiving patches.
