this has just become a problem for myself yesterday when my new nord lead 2 arrived in the mail. i want to program a midi sequence onto my MD via the nord's keyboard... but it wont record the notes. I could live with using the MD's interface to program velocity and aftertouch, but not being able to program notes via a keyboard makes the midi machines on the MD pretty much useless to me. who really wants to spend an hour writing one bass line with the pitch knob. guess i have to buy myself a dedicated midi sequencer. steve >thanks for the info. can you at least select the midi note you want >tramsmitted? we couldn;t seem to figure out where to do that. > >--- In elektron-users@yahoogroups.com, "endlessnessisticman" ><endlessnessisticman@y...> wrote: > > You can control velocity but it's not like an Akai pad.
