Elektron Musical Instruments

I've been playing with sep outputs on my MD lately, sending
a few outs to the sep inputs to trash the signal. I get some nasty 
punch in the face BD and SD.  SInce the settings are in the 
Global menu, i can't change back to the main outputs when 
changing patterns, is there a trick to do that  or i have do it 
manually everytime ?
