Probably you are using a long decay bass drum that clicks when 
retriggered.
May be you don't hear it because it's really low...
If the clicks always happen in the same place, then I should be right.
Delay can cause strange loud clicks but they show up randomly and not 
really often... and it should have been fixed in the latest os.
