Elektron Musical Instruments

I have a gig coming up using the machinedrum and an access
virus. It works great (i hope) but i had a few questions i could
use some help with.

In song mode, can the machinedrum record midi changes using the
machinedrums internal sequencer? this would be a real plus, and
I dont know how to do it if its possible. Ie: record midi knob
tweaks, and then play them back.

Also, is it possible to string songs together?
