but it might be someday. I hope... note that you don't even need the
keyboard to enter notes on this machine. so they've already got a
useable interface for a module version :-)

but if the module were to lose the joystick, I don't know if I'd go with

I had one weirdness that a reboot solved.  Don't recall what it was.
But I had quite a few "beeeeeeeeeep"s so far.  Mainly because when they
say that a 127 for the Release is hold, they MEAN it!

what were your usable VO settings?
