Wow great sounds! I had similar problems. I couldn't get the Sysex dump to work, but I didn't want to lose the sounds I had created, so I documented them all. Wow does that ever take a long time! I think it took me around an hour to document, reset the MM and re-enter all of the parameters and re-record all of the patterns. It seems to be behaving now. Oddly enough, it seems as though it started freaking out once I connected MIDI to it. As soon as I connected the MIDI In cable, the Tempo light froze, and I couldn't get the MM to do anything without rebooting it. After that is when I started having all sorts of problems, and only a complete reset seemed to fix it. Now that I have my work documented in something other than a computer, I will try to cause this problem again tonight. Anyone else having this problem?
Anyways, here is my demo after a 24 hour period.
Enjoy,
Stacey
