We've now made the full circle with the couriers. DHL, FedEx and now UPS. DHL was OK most of the time, but very expensive. Still had our issues with them though. We never found a good way of handling repair issues with the FedEx, and had to fax big amounts of paperwork for each unit going back and forth. Now we're trying with UPS. What I mean is that it seems like none of them are really perfect. BTW, please do not reply to the full daily digest! It's getting big these days... Daniel
