Elektron Musical Instruments

Allright, I know this might be a bonehead question, but let me preface that I am from 
the post analog cv/gate era, so pardon my ignorance.  

I am trying to use the MD to sequence an SH-101.  I have a BassStation rack to act as 
my CV/gate midi convertor, but I need to generate a pulse click to synchronize the 
LFO clock on the 101.  Thing is, I have never heard of a pulse click before.  I'm 
making the assumption that using the GND-SIN machine I can generate a pulse click 
using a short attack and short decay, but perhaps i can use a standard percussive 
sound instead?

Any thoughts?
